A Festival of Colors at Sheraton Amman – Club on Five Lounge

Story | Amman, Jordan

Inside the Sheraton Amman’s Club on Five Lounge, art becomes a celebration. Jeedar was invited to curate a series of 14 bespoke artworks that would bring life,
rhythm, and cultural vibrancy into one of the hotel’s most dynamic spaces.
The result is Festival of Colors, a collection inspired by the joy, heritage, and traditions of Mexico.

Inspired by Music, Dance, and Celebration

Mexican culture is rich with festivals, music, and traditions that pulse with color and energy. From the sound of mariachi to the vibrancy of street parades, life itself is
treated as a celebration.
Festival of Colors captures this spirit through bold palettes, rhythmic compositions, and expressive abstract forms. Every artwork is alive with movement and emotion,
reflecting a culture where heritage is carried not only in history but in the joy of the present.

Bridging Past and Present

As Jeedar describes it, “Through bold colors and rhythmic forms, we see life not as it is, but as a celebration of spirit, tradition, and joy. Each artwork becomes a bridge
between past and present, honoring heritage while embracing modern expression.”
The pieces are not literal depictions but artistic translations of festivals, dances, and gatherings. Shapes and hues merge into visual music, echoing both tradition and
contemporary energy.

Transforming the Lounge Experience

Within the Club on Five Lounge, the collection transforms the atmosphere into one of liveliness and warmth. Guests encounter not only a space for leisure but also an
environment that radiates cultural richness.
For international travelers, the artworks offer a glimpse into the rhythms and colors of Mexico. For locals, they bring a sense of festivity and joy, expanding the cultural
experience beyond borders.

Why It Matters

Hospitality art has the power to set a mood. With Festival of Colors, Jeedar ensured that Sheraton Amman’s Club on Five Lounge is more than a gathering place — it is a
celebration in itself, a bridge between cultures, and a testament to how art can turn spaces into living experiences.
Because art is at its most powerful when it carries joy.
