Art Consultancy Terms
1. Scope of Services
Jeedar provides comprehensive art consultancy for hotels, residences, offices, and cultural institutions.
Our services may include concept development, art direction, artwork curation, spatial studies, digital visualization, production, and on-site installation.
Each project is treated with individual attention, ensuring that the final artistic outcome aligns seamlessly with the client’s design vision and brand identity.
Jeedar may collaborate with trusted subcontractors, framers, and installation experts where needed, all under our direct supervision to maintain quality and consistency.
2. Ownership & Rights
All creative material, including artwork concepts, studies, designs, renderings, and visualizations, remain the intellectual property of Jeedar until full payment for the contracted scope has been received.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, digital design files and artwork source documents are not shared with clients or third parties.
After final payment, clients receive the right to display the delivered artworks within the approved project, but not to reproduce, edit, or redistribute them without Jeedar’s written consent.
Jeedar reserves the right to include any completed project in its portfolio, promotional materials, or professional presentations, provided client confidentiality is respected.
3. Confidentiality
Jeedar acknowledges that certain information shared by the client, such as design drawings, budgets, or project data, may be confidential.
We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality and will not disclose, reproduce, or share any sensitive information without prior written permission from the client, except where disclosure is required by law.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring site readiness and accessibility during artwork delivery and installation.
This includes coordination with other contractors to ensure the space is prepared, safe, and free from obstruction at the scheduled time.
Delays caused by incomplete site conditions or restricted access may result in additional handling or rescheduling fees.
5. Liability
Jeedar will execute all works with the utmost care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for delays, damages, or costs resulting from third-party works, external site conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
