Artwork Authenticity & Copyright Policy

1. Authenticity

Every artwork offered under the Jeedar name is an exclusive creation conceived, curated, or produced by our in-house team of designers and art consultants.
Each piece is crafted to embody Jeedar’s design philosophy; blending cultural narratives, contemporary expression, and meticulous quality.
All limited-edition artworks are carefully numbered and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring that every collector receives a verified and traceable piece of art.

2. Certificates of Authenticity

Each certificate serves as an official document confirming the originality and edition details of the artwork. It includes:

  • The artwork title and collection name.
  • The edition number and total edition size.
  • The date of issue and authorized signature of Jeedar.
  • Verification that the artwork has been created and recorded as part of Jeedar’s exclusive art registry.

Certificates are permanently registered and maintained by Jeedar to preserve the provenance and authenticity of every piece sold.

3. Copyright Ownership

All artworks, including images, concepts, and digital compositions, are protected under international copyright law.
Copyright remains the property of Jeedar, unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers those rights.
Purchasing an artwork grants ownership of the physical piece only. It does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute the artwork or its digital representation.

4. Usage and Reproduction

Reproduction, resale, or use of Jeedar’s artworks for commercial, promotional, or public display purposes without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
This includes any digital or printed reproductions, photography for commercial use, or adaptation of Jeedar’s imagery or concepts.

5. Commissioned Artworks

For commissioned or customized artworks, ownership and usage rights are clearly defined within the individual client contract.
Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property remains with Jeedar, while the client holds ownership of the produced physical piece.

6. Preservation of Integrity

Jeedar reserves the right to protect the artistic integrity of all its creations and to take appropriate action against unauthorized reproductions, modifications, or misrepresentations.
