Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

1. Overview

All artworks are made or prepared specifically for each client. As such, returns are only accepted if the delivered item is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the order placed. We take great pride in our packaging process and work exclusively with trusted couriers to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

2. Reporting Issues

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To report an issue:

  • Send an email to info@jeedar.com with your order number.
  • Attach clear photographs showing the condition of the packaging and the artwork.
  • Include a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the case promptly and respond with the next steps.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Replacements are given priority, ensuring that your order is fulfilled with the same care and quality as originally intended.
If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of our artists, production team, and collectors, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or commissioned artworks created to specific client requirements.
  • Limited-edition prints that have been verified and delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity.
  • Artworks damaged due to environmental conditions such as direct sunlight, humidity, moisture, or mishandling after delivery.
