Jeedar is an art consultancy and fine-art brand based in Amman, Jordan. We specialize in curating, producing, and supplying bespoke artworks, limited editions, and tailored art consultancy services for residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces.

By using our website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Jeedar reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and representative of the final artwork. However, minor variations in color, texture, or scale may occur due to screen calibration, lighting, or handcrafted finishing. Such variations do not constitute defects.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full prior to production or shipment.
We accept secure online payments through certified gateways. Jeedar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected, or if an item becomes unavailable.
Once payment is received, the order is considered confirmed, and production begins. Cancellation requests after production has started may not be accepted.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes, customs fees, or import duties (where applicable) are the client’s responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including artwork, images, designs, text, and logo, is the exclusive property of Jeedar.
No artwork, image, or written content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Ownership of a physical artwork does not grant rights to reproduce or license the image digitally or otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jeedar strives to ensure a smooth and secure user experience. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, order delays, or misuse of our products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the item involved.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jordanian courts.
