1. Warranty Coverage

All Jeedar artworks include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects related to printing quality and wooden stretcher frame construction.
This warranty applies under normal indoor conditions and is valid from the date of delivery.
If an artwork develops a defect covered under warranty, Jeedar will repair or replace it at no additional cost, ensuring that your piece remains a lasting part of your space.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover any form of damage resulting from:

  • Direct or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
  • Excessive humidity, moisture, or water contact.
  • Improper handling, impact, or physical damage.
  • Incorrect hanging or installation by unauthorized persons.
  • Use of cleaning products, chemicals, or abrasive materials.

Such damage is considered the result of environmental or handling conditions beyond Jeedar’s control.

3. Care Guidelines

Proper care helps maintain the longevity and brilliance of your artwork.
We recommend the following:

  • Display in a controlled indoor environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Avoid placing artworks above heat sources or air-conditioning vents.
  • Dust gently using a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
  • Do not use liquids, sprays, or cleaning agents on the surface.
  • When handling or reframing, use clean, dry hands or soft cotton gloves.

Following these guidelines will ensure that your artwork retains its quality, color balance, and structural integrity for many years.
